MONTCLAIR GETS $324K SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS GRANT! WHAT’S NEW IN MONTCLAIR BICYCLE ADVOCACY The mission of Bike Montclair is to help make Montclair a safer and more appealing place for bicycling and walking. Our goals are: • To act as an advocacy group for planning bike and pedestrian initiatives • To help develop an affordable and sustainable bike and pedestrian master plan • To organize town-wide events that promote biking and walking as activities for families, for recreation, and as healthy, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly alternatives to cars.
